With a Master of Dietetic Practice and a Bachelor of Applied Science, Alana is a dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitian who brings a wealth of clinical experience from public healthcare settings, along with valuable international experience gained while working overseas. She specialises in supporting clients with chronic health conditions through evidence-based and personalised nutrition strategies, with particular experience in gastrointestinal concerns such as Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease including Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis, diverticular disease, coeliac disease, gallbladder issues, and gluten free dietary management.

Alana is passionate about a food-first approach that celebrates the joy of eating while nourishing the body. Her philosophy centres on making nutrition both practical and pleasurable, empowering clients to build sustainable habits that enhance wellbeing without sacrificing enjoyment.
