Janee is the founder of BN and is trained in reformer and mat pilates. She is passionate about movement and creating options in classes for all ages, stages and fitness levels. A mum of three, Janee is a strong advocate for Pilates in pre and post natal health, and is dedicated to supporting people in their individual movement goals.

Mircalla is lead pilates instructor and Studio Manager at BN, and is certified in reformer and mat. She is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for her clients, ensuring they feel challenged, supported, and empowered to explore new things. Her classes are filled with variety, positive encouragement, and a touch of playfulness!

Zoe is a pilates instructor and PT with over a decade of industry experience. She has a strong interest in pain and injury rehabilitation, and is passionate about helping people rediscover joy in movement while building strength, flexibility and coordination. Her approach is supportive, educational and empowering.

Molly is a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor who brings creativity, warmth and a genuine passion for movement to every class. She loves exploring what the body can do and what movement can teach us. Her supportive, encouraging style creates a welcoming space where everyone feels confident to move and grow.

Grace is a physiotherapist and pilates instructor who’s passionate about helping her community move confidently toward their goals. She values meaningful connections and works collaboratively to support overall wellness. Outside the clinic, she’s usually on the move - running to a coffee shop, swimming or practicing yoga.

Bruna is a certified reformer pilates. Her nursing background has shaped a compassionate, adaptable approach, allowing her to support clients with a strong understanding of individual needs. Passionate about health and movement, she’s excited to support others in reaching their goals and building healthier lifestyles.

Natalie is a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor, trained through Studio Pilates. After experiencing the transformative power of pilates herself, Natalie is passionate about helping others move confidently and feel their best. Her bubbly, high-energy approach creates a welcoming, supportive space where clients of all levels can thrive.

Linh is a certified pilates instructor trained through Unite Health. She is passionate about physical and mental wellbeing, helping clients improve posture, reduce pain, and feel more connected to their bodies. Her classes are supportive and structured, with a focus on mindful movement and technique, so clients leave feeling stronger and more aligned.

Aneesa is trained in reformer pilates and brings a supportive, encouraging approach to every class. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve movement quality and build confidence. Aneesa creates sessions that feel balanced and empowering, supporting clients to move well and feel strong in their bodies.

Renee is a Pilates instructor and yoga teacher with training in trauma-informed yoga. She focuses on mindful, embodied movement to support strength, alignment, and flow. Her classes are calm and engaging, creating a safe space for clients to tune in and choose the level of rest or challenge that feels right for them.

Kari discovered Pilates after a serious back injury and has been passionate about it ever since. She creates fun, inclusive classes where movement is explored as medicine. Her sessions are light hearted and supportive, with a touch of humour, encouraging clients to embrace imperfections, build confidence, and connect with their bodies.
