Alison is a Physiotherapist with a strong background in Clinical Pilates, reformer Pilates and dance. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy Practice and a Diploma of Clinical Pilates. Alison combines physiotherapy assessment and treatment with exercise rehabilitation to help clients improve strength, mobility and movement confidence.

With over eight years of experience teaching Pilates, Alison has worked across reformer, mat, clinical Pilates and 1:1 sessions. She also has experience working with dancers and a background in dance teaching. Alison takes an individualised approach to treatment, combining education, manual therapy and targeted exercise to support recovery and return to activity.

Clinical Exercise and Pilates: Alison uses Clinical and reformer Pilates to develop strength, mobility, balance and movement control, tailoring exercise to each client's presentation and goals.

Musculoskeletal Conditions and Injury Rehabilitation: Alison has an interest in muscle and joint pain, sports and exercise-related injuries and rehabilitation, using targeted exercise and education to support recovery and return to activity.

Peri- and Post-Menopausal Health: Alison has a particular interest in supporting women through the peri- and post-menopausal stages of life, with a focus on maintaining strength, mobility and physical conditioning. She is passionate about the role of strength and exercise in supporting musculoskeletal health, bone health and overall wellbeing during this stage of life.

Dance and Performing Arts: With experience teaching dance and working with dancers clinically, Alison has a particular interest in dance-related injuries, movement and injury prevention.
