Annie (she/her) is a passionate physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and Clinical Pilates. She delivers personalised, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s individual goals.
Annie brings a diverse range of experience from private practice, sports training, and paediatric support roles. She has completed additional training in Clinical Pilates (including pre- and post-natal), strength and hypertrophy programming, and pain science, allowing her to take a well-rounded approach to treatment and performance.
Outside the clinic, Annie is a bodybuilding champion with a competitive background in calisthenics and coaching. She also incorporates mindfulness practices such as meditation, breathwork, and yoga into her philosophy of health and wellbeing.
Annie blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of movement and performance, supporting clients of all backgrounds to move better and feel stronger.
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy: Annie has extensive history in the rehabilitation of both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. With experience working with sports teams in football for pre and seasonal training in addition to private practice rehabilitation.
Clinical Exercise and Strength and Conditioning: Annie has sought professional development in dance, clinical pilates and weight training to offer a wide variety of exercise rehabilitation modalities that can help you achieve your fitness and performance goals.
Health behaviour and lifestyle modification: Annie takes a holistic approach to health, injury management and pain. With an empathetic understanding of individual struggles and assistance in identifying strategies to improve overall wellbeing, including pain education, activity modification and creating healthy, sustainable behaviours.
