Annie (she/her) is a physiotherapist known for her dynamic and performance-driven approach to rehab. She blends musculoskeletal expertise with advanced strength and conditioning to help clients not only recover from injury but rebuild strength, confidence and long-term resilience.
With experience across private practice, sports environments and paediatrics, Annie understands how bodies move at every stage of life. She has additional training in Clinical Pilates (including pre and post natal), pain science and hypertrophy programming. This allows her to create programs that feel structured, motivating and achievable, whether you are returning from injury, getting back into exercise or working toward performance goals.
A competitive bodybuilder and former calisthenics athlete, Annie brings the perspective of someone who has lived the discipline of training. She combines this with a focus on mindfulness, using breathwork, meditation and grounding practices to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Annie works particularly well with clients who want strength-led rehab, guidance to return confidently to the gym, or support to build healthy and sustainable training habits. Her sessions are supportive, practical and evidence based, with a strong emphasis on education and skill building.
Strength-led rehabilitation and weight training: Annie provides targeted strength programs that build confidence with resistance training while supporting safe and progressive recovery.
