Lefteri is a warm and compassionate Registered Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. He has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and believes therapy is most effective when people feel heard, understood, and supported.

Lefteri creates a welcoming, non-judgemental space where clients can safely explore their experiences, gain deeper self-understanding, and work towards their personal goals with confidence and purpose. He understands that every person has a unique story shaped by their life experiences and believes therapy can provide a meaningful opportunity to reflect, grow, and move forward.

Drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches, Lefteri tailors therapy to the individual needs of each client. His therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, grief counselling, and other talk-based therapies.

Lefteri supports clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and general wellbeing concerns. He is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with clients to develop new perspectives, strengthen coping strategies, and foster positive, lasting change. Whether someone is facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, Lefteri provides a supportive environment to help them move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
