Pauline (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) and began her career in a hospital setting, where she gained valuable experience managing a diverse range of conditions across multiple departments, including emergency, orthopaedics, paediatrics, neurology, and women’s health. Her approach to physiotherapy focuses on enhancing quality of life and wellness by conducting personalised assessments and creating tailored, evidence-based programs. She utilises a holistic approach to problem-solving, emphasising education to foster autonomy and support individuals in taking charge of their own healthcare.

Maternal Health Physiotherapy: Pauline’s extensive experience in maternal health, gained from both her hospital work and specialised external training, allows her to safely manage concerns from early pregnancy through to early motherhood. Common physiotherapy needs during pregnancy include safe exercise guidance, managing musculoskeletal discomfort, and preparing the body for labour. During the postnatal period, physiotherapy can assist with returning to exercise after childbirth, recovering from traumatic births, and addressing issues like incontinence and abdominal muscle separation. Please note that internal examinations are currently unavailable.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy: Pauline has pursued additional training to provide high-quality, effective care for female pelvic health conditions. She treats both acute and chronic conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder issues, urinary incontinence, sexual health concerns, and pelvic pain. Please note that internal examinations are currently unavailable.

Vestibular Physiotherapy: With specialised training in vestibular rehabilitation, Pauline is skilled in assessing and treating both acute and chronic dizziness. She has experience managing conditions such as BPPV, Meniere’s disease, vestibular migraines, concussion, vestibular neuritis, and vestibular hypofunction. Vestibular physiotherapy aims to alleviate the debilitating symptoms of dizziness, helping individuals regain a better quality of life.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy: Pauline has extensive experience in managing both traumatic and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. Additionally, she has worked with sports teams such as the Melbourne University Renegades Volleyball Club and the University Blues Football Club, providing specialised care for sporting injuries.
